Colonnade Custom Homes is a family-owned design-build firm rooted in integrity, craftsmanship, and a legacy of excellence. Since 1986, we have served more than 1,000 clients, earning over 40 awards from the Atlanta Homebuilders Association along the way. Backed by 75+ years of combined experience, we’re known for delivering timeless design and exceptional quality across Atlanta’s most distinctive custom estates.
Founded by a husband-and-wife team with decades of experience, Colonnade is now led by the next generation—sons Tyler and Lee—who grew up on job sites and began working on homes at just 14 years old. Today, they continue the tradition with fresh vision and an unwavering commitment to detail, backed by the guidance and wisdom of their parents.
We take on a select number of projects each year to ensure every home is built with precision, purpose, and personal attention—creating spaces that reflect the families who live in them and stand the test of time.

FOUNDER
With more than 35 years of experience building homes across Metro Atlanta, Rob Myers brings deep industry knowledge and strategic insight to Colonnade Custom Homes as a trusted consultant. A longtime leader in the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association, Rob has served as President and was honored as Builder of the Year. He continues to shape the future of the industry as a member of the Association’s Board of Directors.

Tyler Myers
PARTNER
Tyler Myers has over 25 years of hands-on experience in all facets of home construction. He launched his first business while still in high school, specializing in media pre-wiring for new builds. A former President of the Gwinnett Chapter of the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association, Tyler is known for his technical expertise and attention to detail. He lives in Roswell with his daughter.

A second-generation home builder, Lee Myers has been immersed in the industry since his teenage years. He holds a Master’s degree in Construction Management from Georgia Tech and applies both practical experience and academic expertise to every Colonnade project. Lee lives in Roswell with his wife and two sons.
